Roxanne, owner of Static Hair Salon, has over fifteen years of experience. She attended beauty school in Tulsa, OK, where her mother owns a Salon. Roxanne completed an apprenticeship under her mother. In addition to styling behind the chair, she worked as an educator for RUSK for two years. Roxanne highly values continuing education, and has been trained by L’Oreal Professional, AlfaParf, Keratin Complex, RUSK, and Kevin.Murphy. Roxanne opened Static in June of 2005, with the intention of creating a comfortable environment where clients feel free to express themselves. With an emphasis on customer care, Roxanne provides a memorable, one-of-a-kind service.
